Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping
Z Clothing Co. ships to customers across the United States and U.S. territories, including P.O. boxes, all U.S. military bases (APO/FPO), Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
- Weight-based shipping: $4.99 for orders under 0.6lb, $6.99 for 0.6-1lb, $9.99 for 1-5lb, $15.99 for over 5lb
- Shipping Origin: Los Angeles, California
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 business days
- Shipping Time: 2–5 business days (please allow at least 7 business days before contacting us about your package)
Orders may arrive in multiple packages. A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order ships.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to over 190 countries through Shopify’s Managed Markets program.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 additional business days for international order processing
- Shipping Time: Varies by destination
- Duties & Taxes: May apply and are calculated at checkout. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are displayed prior to payment.
Please note: international orders may take longer due to customs and local postal delays. Once your order leaves the U.S., it may be transferred to your country’s postal service.
