We want you to love your order! If something’s not quite right, please review our return guidelines below:
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In new condition
- Unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
- Free from odors, animal hair, and makeup
- Returned in the original packaging
We accept return requests within 7 days of order delivery.
Return Shipping & Fees
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
- $5.99 for returns under 1 lb
- $9.99 for returns over 1 lb
- If all items from a free shipping order are returned, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund
- A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns
Final Sale Items
- Items from our Sale Collection are final sale and cannot be returned
- Final sale items will end in $.99 or state “Final Sale” in the product description
International Orders
We currently do not accept returns on international orders. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out—we’re here to help.
How to Submit a Return Request
- Click the profile icon in our store's navigation or visit the Returns page
- Log in using your email and a six-digit verification code
- Select the order and items you want to return
- Choose a return reason and add a note if needed
- Click Request Return
If your return is approved:
- You’ll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label
- Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund minus the return shipping and restocking fee
Important: Your return package must be shipped back within 7 days of approval of return request. Items sent to the wrong address or returned without using our label may not be refunded.
