COMMON QUESTIONS:
Q: I have never tried Zenana brand before. What size should I buy?
A: For your first purchase, we recommend measuring yourself and following our size chart.
Q: I am between sizes. What size should I buy?
A: Typically, you want to buy a size down for oversized/relaxed fit items or items made from highly stretchy fabric; and a size up for fitted items (such as leggings) or nonstretch and slightly stretchy fabric. The stretch of the fabric is indicated in the product description.
Q: How to measure my bust?
A: With your arms relaxed at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest.
Q: How to measure my waist?
A: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, above your belly and below your ribcage.
Note: This guide provides general sizing information only, and fit can vary depending on style and fabric used. Provide your bust, waist and hip measurements and your normal size for a size recommendation for specific items.

Domestic Shipping
Z Clothing Co. proudly ships to customers across the United States and U.S. territories, including P.O. boxes, all U.S. military bases (APO/FPO), Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
- Flat Rate: $5.99 for orders between $0.01 and $34.99
- Free Shipping: On orders of $35 or more
- Shipping Origin: Los Angeles, California
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 business days
- Shipping Time: 2–5 business days (please allow at least 7 business days before contacting us about your package)
Orders may arrive in multiple packages. A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order ships.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to over 190 countries through Shopify’s Managed Markets program.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 additional business days for international order processing
- Shipping Time: Varies by destination
- Duties & Taxes: May apply and are calculated at checkout. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are displayed prior to payment.
Please note: international orders may take longer due to customs and local postal delays. Once your order leaves the U.S., it may be transferred to your country’s postal service.

Returns and Refunds
We want you to love your order! If something’s not quite right, please review our return guidelines below:
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In new condition
- Unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
- Free from odors, animal hair, and makeup
- Returned in the original packaging
We accept return requests within 7 days of order delivery.
Return Shipping & Fees
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
- $5.99 for returns under 1 lb
- $9.99 for returns over 1 lb
- If all items from a free shipping order are returned, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund
- A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns
Final Sale Items
- Items from our Sale Collection are final sale and cannot be returned
- Final sale items will end in $.99 or state “Final Sale” in the product description
International Orders
We currently do not accept returns on international orders. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out—we’re here to help.
How to Submit a Return Request
- Click the profile icon in our store's navigation or visit the Returns page
- Log in using your email and a six-digit verification code
- Select the order and items you want to return
- Choose a return reason and add a note if needed
- Click Request Return
If your return is approved:
- You’ll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label
- Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund minus the return shipping and restocking fee
Important: Your return package must be shipped back within 7 days of approval of return request. Items sent to the wrong address or returned without using our label may not be refunded.
