A: For your first purchase, we recommend measuring yourself and following our size chart.
Q: I am between sizes. What size should I buy?
A: Typically, you want to buy a size down for oversized/relaxed fit items or items made from highly stretchy fabric; and a size up for fitted items (such as leggings) or nonstretch fabric. The stretch of the fabric is indicated in the product description.

Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags, free from any odors, animal hair, and/or make-up and in its original packaging.

3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

If your return request is approved, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund with the return label cost deducted.
Your return package needs to be shipped back within the 30 days of receiving your order or you may be subjected to a 25% restocking fee. Please make sure to use the provided label for your return. You may not receive a refund if the item is sent to the wrong address.
