A: For your first purchase, we recommend measuring yourself and following our size chart.
Q: I am between sizes. What size should I buy?
A: Typically, you want to buy a size down for oversized/relaxed fit items or items made from highly stretchy fabric; and a size up for fitted items (such as leggings) or nonstretch fabric. The stretch of the fabric is indicated in the product description.

Shipping Information
Z Clothing Co. is currently shipping to customers within the United States and U.S. territories including P.O. boxes, all US Military bases, APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands. We do not currently ship to customers outside the United States at this time.We charge a flat rate of $5.99 for orders of $0-$34.99. We offer free shipping for orders over $35.
Our shipping location is in Los Angeles, California. Your order may arrive in multiple packages. Domestic shipping time is 2-5 business days. Your order will be processed within 2 business days of your order date. Please allow for at least 7 business days from the order date before you contact us about packages.
An email with tracking number will be sent automatically when your order is shipped.
Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags, free from any odors, animal hair, and/or make-up and in its original packaging.

Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.
If your return request is approved, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund with the return label cost deducted.
Your return package needs to be shipped back within the 30 days of receiving your order or your return will not be accepted. Please make sure to use the provided label for your return. You may not receive a refund if the item is sent to the wrong address.
